Get ready to rave! The UK’s favourite family festival, Camp Bestival, and original family ravers, Big Fish Little Fish (BFLF), have teamed up once again to host their legendary family rave tour, offering award- winning entertainment for kids of all ages. The 2023 rave tour which will celebrate BFLF’s 10 th birthday as well as Camp Bestival’s 15 th birthday, is the ultimate pre-festival warm up party and will pop up at locations near Camp Bestival Dorset, as well as Camp Bestival Shropshire.

Founder of Camp Bestival, Rob da Bank said: “Our family rave tour with Big Fish Little Fish has turned into a bit of a tradition and 2023 feels extra special as we celebrate Camp Bestival’s 15 th birthday and BFLF hits the big 10-year anniversary! It’s always a huge buzz being able to showcase our Camp Bestival magic across the UK before we get lost in the festival mayhem and we have some incredible new locations on the pre-festival tour! Bring it on!”

Founder of BFLF, Hannah Saunders said: ”Oi oi cheesy quavers everywhere! Not only are we thrilled to announce our Big Fish Little Fish x Camp Bestival warm up tour this year but also to invite you all to come enjoy our joint birthday celebrations. This year marks 10 years of raving for Big Fish Little Fish, and our friends at Camp Bestival are cheersing the brand’s 15th anniversary too! See you on the dancefloor!”

Family ravers can expect a party like no other, getting into the festival spirit with a stellar line-up of DJs including Mr Switch, Mark Archer (formerly of Altern8), Terry Francis, Rosie Romero, DJ JazzyBad Panda and many more in licenced venues across the country. Bringing all generations together on a dance floor filled with giant balloons, bubbles, and foam, the tour will allow little ones and adults to throw shapes on the dancefloor and have a breather between sets, getting creative in Camp Bestival’s craft area. From warehouses to daylit festival-vibe craft breweries, iconic club venues to arts theatres, and music from drum & bass to old skool heaven and even a desi beats special – there’s something for everyone. One event features a book launch and there are author readings and a Bring Your Baby pub quiz in Surrey.

The 2023 family rave tour kicks off on Saturday 11 th March and runs up until June meaning there’s plenty of time to get a rave in before festival season ramps up. Beginning in Norwich, the tour will then move on to Farnham, New Cross, Ely, Hackney, Balham, Crystal Palace, Oxford, Stafford, Leicester, Birmingham, Sheffield, Leamington Spa, Nottingham, Coventry, Liverpool and Wigan, finishing in early June. Events in Bristol, Leeds & Eastbourne will be announced soon. Tickets are on sale now and everyone attending the tour events will be in with a chance of winning a family weekend ticket to either Camp Bestival Dorset or Shropshire. Winners will be drawn at each party from attendees.

Recent Festival Kidz award winners in the ‘Favourite family festival’ and ‘Favourite family music’ categories respectively, Camp Bestival and Big Fish Little Fish have curated the tour to give families a taste of what to expect at the festivals.
