We are thrilled to have the global legend that is Anthony Pappa, bringing us back to family raving.
Long renowned for his passion, dedication & flawless mixing and marathon DJ sets, and having just been voted 75th of all time best DJ of in the world by Dash Berlin World, Anthony Pappa’s unique trademark defining “track selection, journey build, & precision mixing skills” coupled with his overall way of making things just pop has seen him become one of Australia’s most successful DJ exports.
Originally from Melbourne, Anthony’s DJ career began at the age of 15 where he won the DMC mixing championship. At the age of 20, he moved to London, where he was picked up by a core group of the UK’s biggest DJ’s who together & forged a strong squad of players that would shape the sounds that have been constantly evolving and always pushing the boundaries over the last two decades.
To date, having a history of 35 years within the electronic music industry (clubs, festivals, parties), he has forged constant touring & success throughout South America, Mexico, Europe & Australia. With various tours seeing him, in one year, having a touring schedule including just over 100 performances at various clubs and festivals over the globe he never disappoints his fans.
Pappa is supported by local legends Simon Murphy and J-Slyde to open and close the party!

Who should come?
For families with younger children (8s and under) although older siblings are welcome. Adults are not admitted unless accompanied by a child. A max of 3 children per adult. If there are more than 4 adults per child in your group please email melb@bigfishlittlefishevents.com for pre-approval before buying tickets.
Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred/sold on and if anybody with tickets finds they cannot attend a sold-out event please email melb@bigfishlittlefishevents.com and BFLF will attempt to put you in touch with people seeking to buy tickets (please be aware of internet scammers!). Each member of your group must have a ticket including pre-walking infants who are free (but ticketed). Select Adult plus Pre-walker ticket to cover prewalkers.
Yep, it’s a rave
Please be aware that events are standing/dancing with limited seating (although there is a fait amount of seating at Abbot’s Yard), and events are busy with around 650 people- which helps create the rave ambience. Each event is stewarded and risk assessed in advance. Sound levels are decibel checked to be safe for even the smallest of ears.
Abbot’s Yard
You asked for an outdoor venue – and we found an amazing one! Abbott’s Yard has all the vibes, canopies and containers. The event will go ahead in all weather unless there is dangerous levels of rain. There is plenty of shade and lots of chairs and tables for chilling.
Photography
We may photograph or film small parts of the event and by entering you are giving your permission for these to be used for BFLF promotion purposes.
Prams and Changing
If you can manage it we suggest not bringing a pram. We recommend slings and carriers for comfort and for some heart to heart raving on the dance floor We realise some people will need to bring prams and there is a Pram Park but prams are not allowed on the dance floor for safety reasons. Changing facilities will also be available.
Getting there
Abbotts Yard is at 329 Victoria Street Abbotsford. Very close to North Richmond Train Station and also on Route Tram routes 12 and 109 (stop 20).
