KINGS CROSS, LONDON – “Ghosts of Green and Pleasant Lands” – a celebration of rural raving in the open air – DJ Will Nicol – 4th September SOLD OUT
World-famous, multi-award winning Big Fish Little Fish- Family Rave land at The Floating Cinema to celebrate the history of raving. All ages welcome.
Canalside party for all the family.
Will Nicol (Northern Soul Rave Patrol) DJs music spanning the era and tips his hat to crews from Exodus to Spiral Tribe. Throw some shapes with your kids through bubbles, below a glitter cannon, bouncing giant balloons and a huge parachute on the BFLF multisensory dance floor.
Take a breather with your glow sticks and join Captain Cookie and her kids’ craft activities – cover yourself in temporary tattoos, colour in a giant mural and make dance floor accessories.
The Big Fish Little Fish (BFLF) crew are all parents and old ravers who love dance music and want to share that love through the generations. Daft, social, quirky but always a shedload of fun – you can expect upfront tunes spanning all dance genres. This is the party that starts hard and never stops – well, not until teatime anyway.
All ages welcome but activities are designed specifically for 0-8 year olds.
Adults are not admitted unless accompanied by a child – no groups of adults only. A maximum of 3 children per adult will be admitted. Please be aware that events are standing/dancing with limited seating and events are busy with around 400 people in attendance – which helps create the rave ambience. Each event is stewarded and risk assessed in advance. The licensed bar will sell alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks served in plastics. Photos and film may be taken at the event for promotion of BFLF or The Floating Cinema and by entering the event you give your permission for your image to be used.
A Buggy Parking area and Baby Changing facilities are available.
