Big Fish Little Fish is like a micro-festival/rave for all the family. Created by people drawn from the club and festival world (who now have children), BFLF brings a love of music, dancing and having a good time to families across the UK.

IMPORTANT INFO
Parking
There is limited parking on the Curtis Industrial Estate but you must validate your parking using the QR code inside the venue. We recommend using the Seacourt Park and Ride which is a five-minute walk away.
Stairs/Accessibility
The DJ, bar, dancefloor and effects will be on the ground floor, which is wheelchair-accessible. The craft tables and some other activities will be on the first floor mezzanine, which is only accessible by stairs. The toilets are on the ground floor but are not fully wheelchair accessible with the required handrails. Toilets and nappy-changing facilities
There are toilets on the ground floor and a changing table will be available.
Prams/buggies/general kid stuff
There is very limited storage space at the venue. Please leave buggies behind if possible – they will not be allowed in the dance floor area as they are a trip hazard.
Weather
This event is split between the indoors of the brewery and a large outdoor area with picnic tables. Please come prepared for all eventualities like you would for a festival.
What’s the refund policy?
There is a no refund policy. If you are unable to attend you may sell your tickets to someone else. If well in advance of a sold-out event please email kateh@bigfishlittlefisevents.com so we can try and match you with someone on the waiting list.
SAFETY:
Adults remain responsible for their children at all times.
This is a family event. Adult only groups are not allowed.
The event will be busy. The dancefloor is for adults and children to dance together.
Please be aware that events are standing/dancing with limited seating available.
Each event is stewarded and risk assessed in advance
Battery operated accessories eg light up batons are not permitted at events due to risks associated with circular batteries. Please do not bring these along.
Large Groups
If attending as a large party please ensure one adult to two children minimum. We will refuse entry to groups where there is inadequate supervision. If there are more than 4 adults per child in your group, or you are planning to bring a large group of children (eg a birthday party) please email kateh@bigfishlittlefishevents.com for pre-approval before buying tickets
Each member of your group must have a ticket. Pre-walking infants are free (but ticketed).
Sound Level
The music level is set and monitored throughout to abide by WHO guidelines. Though quieter than at adult events, it is still loud enough to feel like you are at a club. Most parents do not use ear defenders on their children but if yours are particularly sensitive to noise or if you want them to nap then you might want to consider it.
Photography/Marketing
We may photograph or film small parts of the event and by entering you are giving your permission for these to be used for BFLF promotion purposes

Please be aware that BFLF is designed to provide a family-friendly, authentic club experience and is not a traditional children’s party or disco. There will be no kids’ music, games, or DJ shout outs. The effect is to give families unity on the dancefloor – dancing together.
