All ages very welcome, but activities are designed with 0-8 years olds in mind. Music is played at safe levels for everyone.
How loud will it be?
Music level is set and monitored throughout to abide by WHO guidelines. This is far lower than usual club levels but given the number of children attending there is a constant level of background noise during the event. Most parents do not use ear defenders on their children, but if yours are particularly sensitive to noise or if you want them to nap then you might want to consider it.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The Forum is situated in the centre of Barrow. It is approximately 15-20 minutes’ walk from Barrow train station. There are several carparks nearby.
Buggies and prams
Buggies must be left in buggy park outside the event space and will not be allowed on the dance floor. There is limited storage space available, so please leave buggies at home, if possible. All valuables are the parents’ responsibility. Slings encouraged for little babies to enable dancing!

There is a no refund policy, but if you are unable to attend you may sell your tickets to someone else. If well in advance of a sold-out event, please email infonw@bigfishlittlefishevents.co.uk and we will try and sell them to someone on the waiting list. Just a reminder…
Please be aware that BFLF is designed to provide a family-friendly, authentic club experience and is not a traditional children’s party or disco. There will be no kids’ music, games or DJ shout outs. The effect is to give families unity on the dancefloor – dancing together. DJs will be announced in advance of each party via Twitter and Facebook but may be subject to unavoidable change.
See you on the dancefloor!
