T&Cs & Public Health

In the event the event is moved due to Covid regulations all ticket holders will be offered a transfer or refund.

All ticket holders will be emailed a day or two before the event to confirm covid entry requirements – as these are subject to change.

All BFLF staff are lateral flow tested before the event. We kindly request that all adult ticket holders also do a lateral flow test within 24 hours of the event. If the test is positive, or ticket holders show symptoms or has been asked to self isolate thenthe tickets can be transferred to a future event.

All ticket holders will be emailed if Government guidance/rules change and new operational procedures are brought in.

Parents remain responsible for their children at all times.

For families with younger children (8s and under) though all ages are welcome. Only adult groups are not admitted.

Each member of your group must have a ticket and pre-walking infants free (but ticketed). Will cost more on the door (if tickets available).

A max of 3 children per adult. If in a large group then one adult per two children please. If there are more than 4 adults per child in your group please email info@bigfishlittlefishevents.co.uk for pre-approval before buying tickets.

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred/sold on and if anybody with tickets finds they cannot attend a sold-out event please email info@bigfishlittlefishevents.co.uk and BFLF will sell on to anyone seeking tickets.

Please be aware that events are standing/dancing with limited seating, club lighting rigs (no strobes) are used and events are busy with around 500 people at each party – which helps create the rave ambience.

Each event is stewarded and risk assessed in advance.

Buggies must be left in buggy park and will not be allowed on the dance floor. We advise young children are worn in slings.

We may photograph or film small parts of the event and by entering you are giving your permission for these to be used for BFLF promotion purposes.

Please be aware that BFLF is designed to provide a family friendly, authentic club experience and is not a traditional children’s party or disco. There is no kids music, nor games, nor DJ shout outs. The effect is to give families unity on the dancefloor – dancing together.

BFLF sets and monitors the volume using World Health Organisation guidelines – so that is it at a safe level for everyone, even the youngest babies, over the 2 hour duration of the event. Though quieter than at adult events, it is still loud enough to feel like you are at a club. Most parents do not use ear defenders on their children but if yours are particularly sensitive to noise or if you want them to nap then you might want to consider it.
