WE ARE 10!
It’s time to celebrate in style! Join us for the Great Big Birthday Bash at Ally Pally celebrating 150 years of the iconic venue and the Original Family Rave Big Fish Little Fish’s 10th birthday. We’ll be partying in the magnificent West Hall with an astro turf dancefloor and giant tree, creating a surreal outdoor vibe but with the guarantee that it’s going to stay dry. Get ready to dance under fairylight festoons and rave to the selections of DJs Mark XTC and Toshiki Ohta taking in rave classics from acid house onwards.
WIN: Throw some shapes on the Kickers dance floor, then have your photo taken at their photo booth to be in with a chance to win some Kids Kicks, perfect for day raving!
But the fun doesn’t stop there – bring your little ones to the Nifty Natty Craft area for some creative fun, test your knowledge at the Bring Your Baby pub quiz, and enjoy readings and signings by author Uju Asika. The rough and tumble play area is perfect for little ones to let off some steam, while the facepainting stall from Doxa Faces (there is an extra charge for face-painting and is only for kids over the age of 2 years) will transform them in wild and wonderful ways. The wonderful Candice Liebeck photography booth will also be there to capture special moments just for you and your family as she has done for the Tate Surrealism events!
And of course, we’ll have more foam, bubbles, giant balloons than you can shake a stick at, and even an extra parachute to make this party unforgettable. With a buggy park and baby change inside the event, you can relax and enjoy the festivities. Don’t forget to grab a drink at the licensed bar and join us for a birthday party to remember!

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred/sold on. You can email info@bigfishlittlefishevents.co.uk if you have tickets to sell for a sold out event. We do not use secondary ticketting sites and do not buy online from people you do not know. There are no refunds.
Each member of your group must have a ticket and pre-walking infants free (but ticketed).
The event will be busy with over a thousand people attending. The dancefloor is for adults and children to dance together.
Please be aware that events are standing/dancing with limited seating.
Each event is stewarded and risk assessed in advance.
Buggies must be left in buggy park inside the event space and will not be allowed on the dance floor.
A licensed bar will be open during the event but no glass is permitted.
We may photograph or film small parts of the event and by entering you are giving your permission for these to be used for BFLF or fabric promotion purposes.
Please be aware that BFLF is designed to provide a family friendly, authentic club experience and is not a traditional children’s party or disco. There is no kids music, nor games, nor DJ shout outs. The effect is to give families unity on the dancefloor – dancing together.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
All ages welcome but activities are designed with 0-8 years olds in mind. Music is played at safe levels for everyone.
How Loud will it be?
BFLF sets and monitors the volume using World Health Organisation guidelines – so that it is at a safe level for everyone, even the youngest babies, over the 2 and a half hour duration of the event. Though quieter than at adult events, it is still loud enough to feel like you are at a club. Most parents do not use ear defenders on their children but if yours are particularly sensitive to noise or if you want them to nap then you might want to consider it.

What’s the refund policy?
There is a no refund policy but if you are unable to attend you may sell your tickets to someone else. If well in advance of a sold out event please email info@bigfishlittlefishevents.com so we can try and match you with someone on the waiting list.
